We have many years experience, but started up as Cleaning Genies in 2011
What is your primary product or service?
We design custom cleaning plans for household and business clients. This includes medical offices, corporate offices, rental property, and new construction.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started as a way to earn money to put myself through college. I am a Christian and mother of three who tries to give glory in all that I do whether that be taking care of my home or someone else's home or office. I have had many years experience in the field of cleaning and try to help others with this service.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are very detail oriented and take the time to listen to the clients' wishes in designing a custom cleaning plan.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location from which we operate, servicing Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. We may expand within the next five years if we find there is a demand for our service in an area which we do not currently serve.
