What is your primary product or service?
Opening locked vehicles.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Unlike most -if not ALL- others who offer my service, I do not focus on a different job, such as towing cars or installing locks, while keeping a basic lockout kit in the toolbag so I can service lockouts as well. I also do not have to charge a large amount of money to justify taking time away from my more lucrative duties. No, this is my specialty. Unlocking cars is what I do. My list of tools and tricks is always growing, and I offer quick, quality service for a lot less than the other guys charge. I can honestly say that you should only call someone else if I am not available.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I do not anticipate expanding my service area until I purchase a more gas-efficient vehicle. I am considering offering additional services, though, as my cashflow/budget allows.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I do not have a brick-and-mortar storefront. Don't have any use for it. When you're locked out, I'll come to you. Please have a street address or intersection ready when you call so I can write it down and input it into my GPS. This will greatly improve my response time for you and others. Thank you.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash only. I will consider a barter trade if you are in a pinch, but you must inform me of this when you call.
Which areas do you service?
Grand Rapids, East Grand Rapids, and Kentwood mostly. I charge a basic rate plus mileage for gas money spent, based on distance between my current location and yours. Call and tell me where you are, and we can decide if you are currently within range.
