How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started working for a lift company in 1982 after I graduated HS and worked there throughout my two years at GRCC and then came to work for them after graduating from MSU in 1987. Started on my own in 1991.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We stock a large amount of parts for our customer and rental units so that they both have minimal down time when there are problems. Our motto is "treat others the way you want to be treated yourself"
