How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We design and build complete systems with full runoff on our floor. This minimizes install time on the customers floor. It also eliminates risk for the customer because they have operated the equipment at Thierica.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have three locations. Besides the location in Grand Rapids we have a sales office in Tennesee and a sales and service office in Moterrey Mexico.
