How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked lawn care through college. It is the only profession I have ever worked. I have a passion for green lawns and solving clients' problems.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide a phone call and email prior to every service. We blow the fertilizer off all pavement. We leave the property better than we arrived. We promptly return all phone calls and emails. The owner is always available via email or phone. We email mowing, watering, and turf tips based on current weather conditions to insure lawns are properly cared for as conditions change.
